The following forms are needed to be brought with you and filled out completely in order to participate in a Patroon High Performance Driving Event (HPDE):

Technical Safety Checklist_2022

• • ** Updated for 2022 ** The most current version of the Safety Inspection Checklist must be filled out completely and presented to the tech inspector at the time your vehicle is inspected.  Upon your successful passing of the inspection process, you will then be required to present the completed and stamped form to Registration to complete your entry to the event.

• Medical Form – PDF
  • Please make sure to complete the Medical Form and place it in a sealed envelope, with your name written on the outside of the envelope.  The form and labeled envelope must be presented at Registration as part of your entry to the event.  All forms are shredded after the event to protect your privacy.
