Please see the proposed By-Laws in the About->Chapter By-Laws tab above.  These revisions will be voted upon at the April 11, 2012 meeting.  Any ballots mailed in (please find one in your latest Halfmoon newsletter) will need to be postmarked by April 6.  Otherwise bring them in person to the April 11 meeting.

A note about the by-laws.  The last revision to the by-laws was in 1994.  Since then the club has evolved, the BMW CCA has evolved and the CCA’s own by-laws have changed.  The Board of Directors began the task in the Spring of 2011 and sought input from the members throughout the year.  They now present these revisions to the chapter for a vote of approval.

Holiday Party is December 14th at the German American Club. Dinner at 7pm.
$15 per person for RSVP’s due by Dec 7th (earlier version incorrectly said the 12th), $20 per person after 12/7 RSVP deadline.

We’re accepting photos for showing at the holiday party. Please send them to:
“photos _at_ patroonbmw.org” or show up 20-30 minutes early with CD or flash drive of photos and email us at photos to let us know you’re bringing it.

The first meeting for the Concours Committee will be held this Friday, March 4 at 7pm.  It will be located at the Starbucks at Stuyvesant Plaza (Western Avenue at the south end of the Northway, I-87).  If you’re interested in helping run the show, or just helping out on the day of, this is a perfect opportunity to get involved.

Come out tonight to the membership meeting at the German American Club with the event officially starting at 7:00pm, but you know by now we can’t wait to see each other and show up at 6:30 to have a drink together. Members attending their first meeting will have the club cover the $15 charge for dinner.
